Carol Croft, SR/WA, passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2022.
According to the Croft & Associates website, “Carol A. Croft, SR/WA was the founder and a principal in Croft and Associates LLC, a right of way consulting and real estate appraisal firm based in Nashville, Tennessee. With over 30 years of experience, Carol is internationally recognized as a leader in the right of way field.”
Carol also served on the Right of Way International Education Foundation. RWIEF: “Carol A. Croft, SR/WA is a principal in Croft & Associates, a right of way consulting and real estate appraisal firm in Nashville, Tennessee. Carol has over 30 years of experience in right of way appraisal and acquisition work for local, state and federal agencies as well as utility companies. She has been an active member of the International Right of Way Association since 1979. In service to the Tennessee Chapter, she has held numerous committee and officer positions including President and Director. In 1985 she was the chairperson for the IR/WA’s annual conference held in Nashville, Tennessee. Carol has served as Region 6 Vice Chair and Chairperson, and has served on numerous international committees. In Orlando, Florida in June of 2000, Carol was awarded the Frank C. Balfour Professional of the Year Award. Since becoming a trustee of the Right of Way International Educational Foundation she has served as Secretary and Vice President.”
