Dear Chapter 3 IRWA Members,
It is with a heavy heart that I inform you of the passing of Glenn Bridger. As a dedicated member of the IRWA community, Glenn’s contributions were invaluable, and his loss will undoubtedly be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Glenn’s unwavering commitment to making a difference in the lives of others serves as an enduring testament to his character. Throughout his career, Glenn held various roles, including Program Manager with the Federal Highway Administration, instructor with the International Right of Way Association, and positions at HDR. He was even the 2009 Chapter 3 President, served in various roles in our local chapter, and was even published in the IRWA magazine. Most recently, he made a significant impact through his involvement with SW Trails PDX. His passion for service and his dedication to our community will be remembered and cherished by all who worked alongside him.
As we remember Glenn, we can honor his legacy by continuing to serve our community with the same passion and dedication that he demonstrated throughout his life. His legacy of service inspires us to carry on his mission and uphold the values he held dear.
