Frank C. Balfour Professional of the Year
The Frank C. Balfour Award celebrates outstanding contributions made through leadership positions in the Chapter, Region and International levels; Fulfillment of educational courses and activities; Participation in the Association’s Region and International activities; and/or Achievement of IRWA’s professional designations.
Young Professional of the Year
The Young Professional of the Year Award recognizes Association members under the age of 35 who have demonstrated a commitment to the industry at a Chapter, Regional, and/or International levels of the association in terms of participation, contribution, and service.
W. Howard Armstrong Instructor of the Year Award
Celebrates outstanding instructors at a Chapter and International level. Nominated instructors will have demonstrated a commitment to the success of association members at Chapter, Region, and International levels.
Large Employer of the Year
Recognizes associate companies with 20 or more employees which actively support their employees as IRWA members. Each company demonstrates strong employee support and commitment at Chapter, Regional and International levels of the Association in terms of participation, financing, time allowance, facilities, service, etc.
Small Employer of the Year
Recognizes associate companies with 20 or less employees which actively support their employees as IRWA members. Each company demonstrates strong employee support and commitment at Chapter, Regional and International levels of the Association in terms of participation, financing, time allowance, facilities, service, etc.
SARPA Scholarship
Scholarship for graduating High School students entering a fulltime course of study in any of the various fields impacting the Right-of-Way profession.
CRWEF Scholarship
Scholarship for fulltime students pursuing an education in Law, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Property Management, and/or Business and Public Administration.
