IRWA Chapter 3 wants to welcome Georgine Gleason as the presenter for our January 2025 Lunch and Learn. Georgine will be discussing the “State of the State” for Oregon. We look forward to seeing members and guests for this important informational opportunity. Lunch begins at 12pm with presentations starting shortly after. Speaker Bios

Georgine Gleason is the Oregon Department of Transportation State Right of Way Manager. She brings a broad range of experience to her current position having worked as a Senior Agent, Property Manager, Appraiser, Chief Appraiser, and Policy Advisor. Prior to joining ODOT she worked as a fee appraiser for Spence Powell and still maintains her Certified General license.

We also want to welcome Ernie Tischhauser MAI to discuss the current status of the Interstate Bridge Replacement Project. Ernie worked in appraisal practice for 14 years prior to joining ODOT in 2018. Recently Ernie accepted a rotation opportunity to work as the Oregon Appraisal Lead for the IBR Project. Ernie is also the prior President of IRWA Chapter 3.
